My Story

  • How I became who I am today...I spent 16 years in technology, building enterprise systems for businesses' sales and operations processes, eventually becoming an Executive of Business Development. Despite enjoying the work and excelling at it, I felt a need for more personal growth and deeper connections with people.
  • I needed more... I left the corporate world for direct sales, obtaining my real estate license and launching the Kim Barber Group. Despite being new to the industry, I quickly found success, closing significant sales and expanding my team within three years.
  • It was good but there's something missing...Despite generating around $600k per year in sales, my team and I struggled to break through to the next level. We cycled through various CRM systems, spent considerable time on lead generation, and dealt with agent turnover. Training new agents and chasing leads consumed so much time that there was little left for follow-up and nurturing leads. Working over 60 hours per week left my team feeling overwhelmed. It became clear that we needed a more reliable system to stay competitive and maintain leads.
  • Of course this happens...Due to health issues, I had to delegate and bring in more team members to manage the leads we had amassed. However, relying on others was challenging, as I noticed we were leaving money on the table. We had plenty of leads, but follow-up was a bottleneck due to unclear notes and agents not knowing how to approach leads effectively. Additionally, CRM systems were overly complicated. Drawing from my experience, I developed a straightforward system that simplifies CRM usage and boosts lead conversion rates.
